All For One Wellness (A4OW) Community Expo 2020
Redland Community Centre is commencing a new community Wellness project in 2020 with support from the Australian Government.
The ‘All For One Wellness’ (A4OW) project aims to unite both the community and service providers towards a brighter future of improved health and fulfilment resulting in improved social outcomes; identified as ‘wellness’.
This project focuses on the three main areas of wellbeing; mental, physical and social. As part of the program connections to no/lo cost services and programs will be initiated to assist clients to develop their focus for ‘wellness’ building their capacity and confidence towards proactive self-help and early intervention services.
The A4OW Expo will be our launch in the Redland community. The expo will include information stalls, health checks, food trucks, activities, prizes and more, providing the community an opportunity to learn about the services and activities available to them locally.
To do this we need as many service providers as possible to partner with us to support this event. We encourage you to get involved through the provision of a stall promoting your service / activities and providing extra activities for the day.
When: 20th February 2020, Capalaba Square- 4pm to 7pm
