Bree has years’ of community sector experience within out of home care across the greater Brisbane. Bree has significant sector experience working with vulnerable cohorts specifically those experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
Bree’s role is Regional Care Coordinator which is responsible for providing place-based support to care coordination and networking groups across the Redland region, with a specific focus on enhancing person-centred care coordination for people with multiple needs that are, or at risk of homelessness. The position will seek to enhance engagement, collaboration and capability building opportunities across the region.
