Mindfulness Works – Introductory Course
This introduction to mindfulness course, facilitated by Jonathan Wood who has been practising insight meditation and mindfulness for over 15 years, is designed for people who would like to bring balance into their busy lives. It is the perfect, simple and easy way to learn meditation and reduce stress and anxiety. No experience or previous knowledge required – just bring your mind and body and a willingness to learn a new way of experiencing yourself and your world.
